Concorr are pleased to be among the first to place staff from our Civils Division on the six part intensive programme for the new LANTRA Inspector & Senior Inspector Certification Scheme.

The programme runs until April 2015 with Concorr attendees already having completed the first 2 modules successfully

Following several years of preparation and design, the National Bridge Inspector Certification Scheme will soon become the required standard and qualification for inspection of bridges and highways structures.

Concorr are pleased to be among the first to have these qualified staff.

The quality of applicants turning up for interviews these days is diverse to the extreme.  Here we see Senior Technician (Surveys Division) Dave Coupe, looking ever so apprehensive about how to go about training his latest recruit.

Dave and a team from the surveys division recently carried out a condition survey to this listed ancient monument located in beautiful park lands in Staffordshire.

The Tower dates back to the 1700’s and was built to commemorate a famous naval victory.

 All areas of the external stone and internal brickwork were surveyed and a comprehensive report issued together with remedial measure options and budgets.
