On a recent visit to our project in Dubai, our Managing Director, Michael Nugent, and our Bridge & Civil Structure Manager, Adrian Child, could not resist visiting the top of Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building, from where this photo was taken – a bit of a busman’s holiday but had to be done!!!

Concorr is at present very active in overseas markets and we have been invited to investigate the corrosion of a large concrete structure in Dubai, securing a major diagnostic survey of a power station.
The project was awarded following a rigorous qualification process that saw us up against major players from Germany and the USA. The works will begin with a full diagnostic & condition survey of the structure, followed by a comprehensive technical management service through design of remedial measure strategies and on to full project management.
